    Solution for all types of window coverings

    During the summer, a large amount of sunlight and heat passes through the windows. One option to limit the sun is to install interior window coverings. Among the best-selling options are V-lite blinds and R-lite fabric blinds. The great advantage of both of these coverings is that they are custom-made for all types and brands of windows. This ensures a perfect fit and helps create a pleasant shade in your attic.

    Blinds or roller blinds?

    If you're wondering about the difference between blinds and roller blinds for vertical windows, we can help you. V-lite blinds consist of a solid top profile, a bottom sliding profile, and slats. The slats are guided by aluminum guide rails on the sides to minimize light penetration at the edges. You can adjust the tilt of the blinds' slats and smoothly control the amount of light in the room.

    On the other hand, with roller blinds for vertical windows, you can only adjust the size of the shaded area depending on how much you pull down the blinds. If you choose blackout fabric, you can fully darken the room with the roller blinds, but you will need to partially raise them to allow some sunlight through the window. Roller blinds provide better room darkening, while blinds allow better control of natural light and shading.

    Interesting control options

    When someone mentions a "rider," you might not immediately associate it with blinds. However, V-lite blinds feature a rider that allows you to raise and lower the slats by pulling the bottom sliding profile. You can adjust the tilt of the slats by moving the rider along the side guide rail. If your windows are within reach, the operation is straightforward. If the windows are higher up, we recommend using a control rod or telescopic pole for your convenience.
