Concrete blocks are a new solution for quick and non-invasive installation of photovoltaic panels on flat roofs. With a weight of 46 kg, no additional load is necessary. Simply place them on the roof at the required distances and orient them towards the appropriate direction for panel mounting.

1/3 the assembly time compared to other constructions

The block is supplied with profiling for mounting screws (M8 - screws and holders for panels need to be purchased separately). Insert the screw, place the metal panel holder, lay the panel, and tighten the screw.

Dimensions of concrete blocks

The size of the concrete block is universal and suitable for panels with a width of 900 to 1400 mm. The tilt of photovoltaic panels on concrete blocks is 14°. You can orient the blocks in any direction according to your needs. If you choose an east/west installation, simply place two blocks with their backs facing each other.

Calculating the required number of blocks

If you know the number and arrangement of panels on the roof (number of rows and panels per row), you're all set. Let's take an example of 14 photovoltaic panels arranged in three rows of 6 + 5 + 3 panels.

For each row, the number of concrete structures = number of panels + 1. Illustrated in the diagram below.

For concrete structures, we recommend using a rubber pad (or another type depending on the roof surface) as padding - pads are not included in the block.
